Here at BODYM our programming is broken down in a unique way so that a consistent individual will see dramatic improvements in their overall Fitness, Strength, General Sense of Well-Being, Day-to-Day Functions and Life.
Our classes consist of the following components.
We look for a “3 on 1 off” approach to training. Meaning 3 days of consecutive training back-to-back, followed by a rest day. Then a repeat of the cycle. Therefore each week Mon to Wed train, and on Thursday we program a “recovery session” here at the gym. So even though it is a “Rest Day”, we still encourage members to come in a take part in a specifically designed recovery, stretch and mobility session. In doing so it will aid your recovery and benefit your flexibility, muscle function and performance greatly.
We have designed the programming for this facility to run around a “Hypothetical Athlete” that would be willing to apply themselves to train between 5 to 6 days a week, and at times multiple times a day.
This by no means in necessary for everyone. You will still get a great result training here far less than that. Nonetheless for optimum performance and results we encourage all that train with us to follow this program as regularly and as consistently as their lifestyle allows.
