Jason Haywood, Head Coach / Director
Jason is a strength and conditioning coach with over fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry. After an education through a sports high school and involvement in various athletics academies from a young age, Jason's passion to fullfil a career in the industry and to assist others in reaching their peak performance continues to prove a driving force for his outstanding results.
Jason comes from a track and field background and specialises in sports strength conditioning and human performance. Group and corporate fitness are also a speciality. Originally Jason's business was Body Mechanix Fitness Training, but has been affiliated and had a heavy involvement with the CrossFit movement here in Australia over the past 2 years and continues to strive himself with the origional CrossFit passion and subsequently arose the First Central Coast CrossFit Coach and Affiliate, CrossFit BodyM. Fitness is his passion and he loves nothing more than to help see his clients, ranging from advanced athletes to rehabilitation senior citizens, reaching their goals.

Scott Archer, Coach / Co-ordinator Nth Wyong location.
Scott is a truly experienced competitor with a passion for bringing out the best in others. Scott has a strong background in competitive Kickboxing, with training experience extending over 20 years in both kickboxing and martial arts. Such extensive experience has taken him to worldwide training adventures including visits to Thailand, Israel and Holland. Scott’s success is demonstrated through his 17 wins from 18 fights, fighting all over Australia and New Zealand, accumulating the NSW, East Coast, Australian, KB4 and Commonwealth Heavyweight titles along the way.
Scott has not only been involved in competitive kickboxing, but also realistic street defence, having worked in high risk security environments and prisons; this has led Scott to Krav Maga and fulfilling study opportunities in Israel.
Scott has now discovered CrossFit, which takes care of the physical fitness strength and conditioning to meet the requirements for all sport competition and general life encounters.

Scott aims to ensure that CrossFit BodyM Nth Wyong will bring you to a new level in life, regardless to whether you are fit, bigger/smaller built, first timer or professional athlete. Scott has many real life experiences both physical and theory based he is willing to share with you!
