Effective start of next month we will be conducting a Workshop once a week every week Wednesday nite from 7 til 8pm if everyone expresses enough interest. Workshop will consist of a constantly rotated breakdown of a particular "Fundamental movement", an Olympic Lift, Self Massage techniques and everything else in between to better your individual results and performances. "CrossFit UltraFit 25 Workout" Team of four persons. One team member on each exercise, each team member must complete each of the exercises in this order. One person must be on the rower all times. The workout is complete once all reps and the 2500m row are completed. - 25 Burpees - 25 Pull Ups - 25 Thrusters @ 60/40Kg - 2500m Row

Skill - Snatch 2 x 3 - 2-Position Power Clean 3 x 3 Strength - Jerk (Split) 3 x 3 Rest "Trooper Jason Brown" Jason Brown, 29 years old, from SASR. He was killed in action in Northern Kandahar, Afghanistan 13 August 2010. He was a nut case Rabbitohs fan and an absolute legend of a bloke. This workout is tributed to his life that he has sacrificed for this country. For Time: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5* - 5 Deadlift @ 50/35Kg - 5 Hang Power Clean @ 50/35Kg - 5 Thruster @ 50/35Kg Run 600m * The 3 movement combination with 5 reps per consititues 1 Round. do for the above rounds 1 to 5 with a 600m run at the end of each block.
