CrossFit BodyM is a members only training facility. We don’t have casual visits. If casual training is something you are looking for this probably isn’t the right place for you. Our Program is designed to complement the consistent and dedicated individual. Therefore this structure is a reflection of that.
Step 1: On Ramp Fundamentals Program
We require that you start with a series of small group training sessions with one of our coaches. These sessions are used to familiarize you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in CrossFit. You may then continue on with private sessions, or enter our group classes. Please contact us to schedule your start up sessions. If you are an existing client or are competent with CrossFit training you can dive straight into the classes.

Step 2: BodyM Unlimited Membership
Our membership package is one of a kind – affordable and great value. Only $33 per week based on a 12 week minimum membership. Once you have completed your 12 week’s training you may choose to continue or cancel your membership. Direct Debit is the ONLY method of periodical payment available for the BodyM unlimited membership.
A 12 week membership paid in advance is available for those wanting to pay cash. The total of $396 must be received in advance before commencement of training.

$22 p/w – Other members. Direct Debit only.
Emergency Service and Defence
$22 p/w – Proof of employment required. Direct Debit only.
