

A Father of two, Dan Frost has a genuine passion for kids health and fitness. Dan started training with the BodyM team back in 2009 and has since been a part of the establishment both training and competing. Dan’s approach to coaching is simple – Get kids moving more, build self confidence, build team work and have fun!
The facts are that the number of overweight children is increasing. About one-quarter of children in Australia are now overweight or obese. Research shows that overweight children are more likely to become overweight adults and so here at BodyM we believe in leading by example.
Encouraging your child to eat healthy food and be physically active is important for their healthy future. It can be a challenge and requires patience, positivity, practice and time – we understand.
Dan is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer, Certified CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer, Certified CrossFit Kids Trainer and holds a Certificate III in Fitness.
