Hey guys, for those of you that haven’t done it already. There is a wendler app you can download for free to your iPhone. It’s really easy to use. All you need to do is punch your figures into it and it calculates all your warm up and working set percentages for you. If you are getting it there are 2 you can choose from – pick the red one.

Today’s session. Sorry it’s late.

Warm up:
5 sets:
15 GHD Sit up
10 hip + back extensions

1a. Press
Warm up – 40% x 5, 50% x 5, 60% x 3
Working – 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5+

1b. BB Lunge
20 x 3 @ 60/40

Rest 10min

2a. 4 rounds:
45 sec ME DB snatch @ 20/15 (alternating)
45 sec rest
45 sec ME HR Push up
45 sec rest
