(a) Push Press 5 – 5 – 3 – 3 – 1 – 1

(b) AMRAP in 5min

Notes:

  • If doing both 1 and 2 today, have a minimum of 3 hours rest between sessions with adequate nutrition.
  • CLASS TIMES FOR REMAINDER OF THE WEEK
  • Tomorrow Wednesday the 25th – 7am til 8am and 4pm til 6pm ‘open sessions’ ONLY.
  • Thursday the 26th – 6am til 7am and 4pm til 6:30pm ‘open sessions’ ONLY.
  • CFBM will be closed Fri and Sat due to the Fit Bloke comp @ FILEX.
